Our trainings are offered as a hybrid class.  If you are interested in registering for a course, please complete our online registration form and submit.

A Source4Nurses representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm payment, and provide the course code.

 You will be provided with instructions for registering and completing the online training. At the end of your class, you will be required to take the online test. After successfully completing the course, you will be able to print a certificate. 

 Once you have printed your certificate, you will submit to Source4Nurses and then contact our office to schedule demonstration of your skills.  After successfully demonstrating your skills, your certification card will be given to you.
